Your statement is actually the ultimate FUCK YOU to your own health. Really the ultimate statement of "hey, I'm too stupid to know any better as an ego driven moron that knows nothing of nutrition beyond my taste buds!!"

Frankly, I don't care what you eat or how you eat it. Just don't bring me into it with your pathetic little "vegan evangelists" statement. Insecurity? Party of one, table for one.
