33. First time I responded to something like that

I spent a great deal of time and composed a lengthy piece with lots of documentation; the recipient told me he couldn't read any of it because my stance was just too upsetting.

Next person, I responded with just an outline listing events and quotations, and I included documentation and citations. She informed me that "book smart" isn't as important as "street smart".


It finally got through to me that where illogic has been chosen, logical argument has no effect.
