...women work together and get things done. It's biological, i.e., men have too much testosterone. Everyone was in agreement.

Yea!

Which begged the question from one panelist:

Women not only outnumber men but they vote in bigger numbers, as well. So, why does Congress look the way it does? Women have had the numbers to change the makeup of Congress for years.
