This is a classic case of what is wrong with the jury system.

Got my latest Blue Cross Premium notice, now up 89 percent since ACA

REASON FOR ALERT:

This post is disruptive, hurtful, rude, insensitive, over-the-top, or otherwise inappropriate.

YOUR COMMENTS:

This new 20 or so post troll is trying to claim that before anything went into effect with ACA that would have had an effect on his health insurance premiums, it caused his rates to increase by around 85%.

He is deliberately disrupting with ridiculous suggestions. It's one thing to examine changes in premiums and health care policies that will go into effect in 2014, but to claim that last year and the year before that was the fault of ACA is ridiculous and disrupting poorly.

JURY RESULTS

A randomly-selected Jury of DU members completed their review of this alert at Sun Nov 3, 2013, 01:01 PM, and voted 3-3 to LEAVE IT ALONE.

Juror #1 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE and said: In spite of the lengthy alert reason, I suspect the real reason for alert is disagreement with the claim, and an attempt to close the discussion. Sorry. No hide.
Juror #2 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE and said: Leave it alone, MIRT will kill it.
Juror #3 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE and said: argue it. it is an absurd statement. insurance was increasing at the same rate prior to ACA. insurance is creating sucker to believe their outrageous increase is due to ACA, but they had these outrageous yearly increase prior to ACA. all about greed.
Juror #4 voted to HIDE IT and said: No explanation given
Juror #5 voted to HIDE IT and said: Obv a republican good for nothing troll...go back to your RW dumbass shit site you fool
Juror #6 voted to HIDE IT and said: Of course this guy is a troll, but since we're liberals we'll give him the benefit of the doubt until he starts spouting racist gibberish by Tuesday or something.

Thank you.
