She lost her job for making her company look bad by attention-seeking the work-party photo on twitter with her identification.

People have been advised time and again all over the place not to be careful about how they use social media because if companies think you are showing them in a bad light, they may well fire you.

She didn't just post an insensitive, tasteless photo of herself. She identified herself and the photo she posted was from a work party.

You and I may think it is wrong to harass somebody for posting something offensive on twitter, but the fact is that if you post something offensive on twitter (or facebook or wherever) then you may well be harassed and depending on what and how you posted it, you may end up losing your job.
