My take: the President told the truth to 97% of the country [View all]

97% get to keep the coverage they have, or get better coverage cheaper.

3% got their substandard plans cancelled and will have to pay more.

To those 3% that the RW is exploiting, I say this:

You thought you were covered.... But for most of you, the minute you got a serious illness, your insurance company was going to drop you anyway. The insurance you had was a scam. The ACA is forcing you to pay more for care or pay the penalty. But for every one like you, there are 10 who now have access to insurance that they didn't have before. The ACA will help even you in the long run.
