One would hope that it will start tilting sooner. We have already seen one big breakthrough. I am absolutely positive there will be a woman president in my lifetime in the US.

By the way, this kind of a funny off-topic thing. Korea which is one of the most male dominate societies in the world elected a woman president (ugh, granted she is a conservative).
