. . .played on a white supremacist who is in a hospital. The nurses decide to teach him a lesson after hearing him rant about N*****s, so while he's still unconscious from the anesthesia after his operation, they paint his whole body black. He wakes up, notices the black face and skin on him and goes apoplectic. Another nurse in on the gag tells him that, oh, they just found out, the donor of that blood transfusion he received in operation was an African-American.
