ETA: Rarely, adenocarcinoma of that gland occurs, and it, too, is almost indistinguishable from prostate cancer.
Little known information. There are very few unique differences between men and women on a structural basis. Homology is pretty much universal. Here's a list of homologous parts of the human reproductive system:
