They've got a hell of a nerve having prostates in the first place, and if they insist on having them, they should damn well get them examined on their own dime.

Furthermore, before being able to receive a prostate exam, I think they should be made to read a brochure on how it is God's will that they should have to get up to pee three times a night after age 50, and how it is against His plan when they try to shrink their prostates back to normal size with anti-natural, pee-killing pills.

Then they should first be made to undergo a full proctological exam and a barium enema.
