They'd be as easily available as vasectomy's if men cold get pregnant-- of which, there are zero moral arguments of note associated to be found anywhere in the west.
The (wholly fictional) moral issue overlapped onto this particular medical procedure is simply a hold-over from the days of dowry's, chastity as a measure of a woman's worth, and national borders being predicated on one's lineage.
