1. I do dental in the fed employees system

There is a like 45 days every year to shop plans. I look at the different plans and sometimes I don't make a decision unit a couple hours before the deadline. Many people will be doing this with healthcare.gov and the state websites. It's called shopping, and Americans are good at that.
