that tells them exactly what their maximum out-of-pocket will be without any shenanigans
Boo-fucking-hoo if they have to pay an extra $100, which almost none of them actually will have to pay. I'm sorry. I don't have much sympathy for them. Dial down your cable plan. Give up a cell phone. Don't visit the fast food places quite as often. If your family's health care doesn't mean any more than that, you get no sympathy from me.
The people who DOget loads of sympathy from me are the working poor who are literally left out in the cold because of the Republican bastards who are refusing to extend Medicaid coverage. That is the real crime here.
