the important question to me. I'm not particularly interested in who actually fired the fatal shots. I want to know who put the shooter(s) up to it, because no one is going to convince me that this was just the result of the hatred of someone with a personal ax to grind. I think that's what Kerry means here, and I think that's what most people want to know. I don't think there are many Americans who believe the lone angry gunman theory.
