1. "I don’t go down that road, with respect to the grassy knoll theory and all of that..."

Translation: Kerry thinks Oswald was the only shooter.

2. "I certainly have doubts that he was motivated to do that by himself. I’m not sure if anybody else was involved. I don’t go down that road, with respect to the grassy knoll theory and all of that, but I have serious questions about whether they got to the bottom of Lee Harvey Oswald. I think he was inspired somewhere by something, but I can’t pin anything down on that."

Did someone put Oswald up to it? That's Kerry's question. The HSCA ruled out organizational help from groups like the Soviets, the CIA, the anti-Castro Cuban exiles, the FBI, and so on - all the usual suspects. But they couldn't rule out individuals in either the exile community or the mob.

3. Any records still classified should be released. Why there's still a delay on this, I've no clue. My guess is that they are waiting for George H. W. Bush to die so they can reveal he was a CIA agent at the time. That wouldn't surprise me in the least. But like I say, I don't know.
