I find the holidays so depressing.

Every Thanksgiving and Christmas people put on this big show of serving meals to the poor and homeless.

Which is nice.

But once the holidays are over, what happens to the poor and homeless?

What...they only eat once a year?

People go out of their way to be nice to each other during the holidays, generally. The rest of the year, nobody gives a shit.

Why can't this whole holiday spirit thing last all year long?
