19. Here is what you are ignoring - if he is indigent, and doesn't have

the $ 786 a month for the silver or gold insurance premium under the ACA, then he is screwed. Not because of ObamaCare, but because South Carolina's state officials refused to allow for MediCaid expansion to help the poorest of the poor.
