but the last Republican president who did anything positive was Richard Nixon, who signed the Clean Air, Clean Water and Occupational Safety and Health Acts.

As corrupt as Nixon was, he did more good for this country than the four Republican presidents who followed him. Those guys were just corrupt with no redeeming features whatsoever.
