what they themselves gave.

"City of Industry, CA – November 11, 2013 – Thermaltake, being an industry leader in computer chassis, thermal solutions, and power supply units is happy to announce a huge success during its sponsorship of PDXLAN, The largest LAN Party on the west coast on November 8-10, 2013!

Unlike normal news where a new product may be shown or an award is given this time it is the gaming community which deserves major reward.

The gamers of PDXLAN in November numbering only 400 culmulatively donated over 37,000 Lbs of food for local charities which will in turn ensure families in need will recieve meals during the sometimes tough holiday season. This is a huge moment which deserves recognition as many times the media will portray gaming or gamers as a violent group due to the nature of games which they play. I believe this kind of activity or as Matt "Vector" Conwell the PDXLAN owner/Organizer put it "Gamers Give Back" is an excellent statement to show people as a whole that gamers are great people who care about one another and just love to have fun playing the games they enjoy.

Kudos to them for giving so much as a group, and boo! to the media for not giving them the props they so richly deserve.
