36. Well, I got 6 out of 50 states right when I just tried to label them...

I got California, Florida, Hawaii, Alaska, New Jersey (that one was a fluke) and Texas...

If I'd been able to label them by hand, I would have done a fair bit of vague arrows with 'it's around that bit somewhere, I think' and 'the white house is here but Washington's over there'. I don't get why the US has so many states, anyway, and especially all the squiggly line, tiny ones...
