"In our judgment, went over the line of good taste and humor in penning a series on abortion using graphic language and images inappropriate for a comics page".

Requiring an emotionally upsetting and invasive ultrasounds for a legal procedure was not newsworthy to the Oregonian. An understated comic strip calling attention to the absurdity required emergency measures!
