4. Push back from the right was inevitable on this issue

They've spent the better part of 75 years fighting this dastardly plan to make the American Worker less fearful and more secure after they become too old to work.

The past 50 years have seen constant pressure and disinformation being fed to the media to where there is a whole generation of reporters who actually start from their flawed bullshit premise that Social Security is going broke.

So yes, this kind of pushback is coming fast and hard; this election year coming up is equally vital to them to maintain their interests.

What they don't want is any more progressives mucking up congress.

What we want is lots more progressives mucking up congress, and that means first you may have to elect some moderates. This is where it gets tricky.
