Mine eyes have seen the glory of the burning of the school
We have tortured every teacher and have broken every rule
We have hung up Mrs. Blazek and we hung her by her toes
And cut off her long nose

Glory glory hallelujah, teacher hit me with a ruler
I bopped her on the beanie with a rotten tangerenie
And she'll never teach no more

(Mrs. Blazek was my grade school principle back in the 60's; I didn't write the lyrics, but I still remember them 45 years later)
