(1,241 posts)one day it will come and never go away. I remember like it was yesterday the last time I could feel my feet, I can't touch them and feel anything, I have stepped into a way too hot bathtub and didn't know nothing until I tried to sit down. Clumsy, my brain has no communication with my feet. I never know where my feet are at. Legs ache bad and night time restless leg and body syndrome as my neuropathy has gone all over. My hands, my face is numb. But the pain can't be described. You can't feel your feet but you can only feel pain, it doesn't make sense because it is your nervous system. Ever stick your hand in ice water for as long as you can? That is some of the pain. I stub a toe and break it but don't know for a couple days it feels weird and it's swollen and purple. Several times.
The marijuana helps calm electrical shocks and the convulsions of the nerves that come with neuropathy. Eating marijuana works better medically for neuropathy than smoking it. More concentrated.
