always get so many recs and are so popular;I know they're cute and whatever, but all they basically are are just pictures of cats. I've seen informative threads here (on a political forum) that hardly get any recs. I guess it's like how cat (and dog) videos on YouTube get so many views in comparison to lectures...
That's just my $0.02.
