There are women and man who are born with a genetic conditions that can manifest itself in part as 'wrong' genitalia and/or other issues like lack or over-abundance of specific hormons.
Females with this genetic conditions might have male sexual organs, could lack breast development, etc. In this case SRS can be performed to correct the genitalia problem. Other problems are corrected with hormonal therapy.
These women are no different from women who are born without this genetic condition. They are women, not man. There is no difference between us when it comes to self-identifying as females.
The same applies to males who are born with a genetic condition that manifests itself as 'wrong' genitalia.
To imply that somehow these man and women are 'fake' or 'not natural' is a homophobic bigotry at it's worst. This is no different than saying that gay chose to be gay. It can be excused once, assuming one was completely ignorant on the subject.
