However, I wouldn't be expecting it to change much, at least not in the short-term. OTOH Kim Jong Ill's son is much younger than he was when he took over NK, so it's possible that he may be more malleable to outside interests. Of course, he could also end up being more malleable to the interests of the military, so........? Isn't this the guy that got busted with a fake passport trying to get into Disneyworld Tokyo?
