estate at a rock bottom price because it was rumored to be haunted. So, if you are looking for a great deal on property - look for a house that has a spooky reputation. I understand former funeral homes are always a bargain - just watch the Discovery channel documentary - "A Haunting in Connecticut to get an idea of what reputation you are up against.
