55. I am partially deaf in my left ear.

Last time I was in a traffic stop, the LEO got angry when I kept asking him to repeat his questions, because with passing traffic I had trouble understanding him.

He finally shouted, "WHAT ARE YOU, DEAF?"

I replied, "Yes, a little bit. I am partially deaf in my left ear. I am not trying to piss you off, but you need to come around to the right hand side of my vehicle so I can hear what you're saying."

He turned beet red and walked around...this was an Oklahoma state trooper.
