31. Ommm...newsflash. The only heir to the In-N-Out Burger chain is female and the youngest billionaire.

Here is a link to a story. There have been a few stories about her and the In and Out chain. I don't recall why her parents weren't heirs to the fortune. I think there was something odd about it, but I'm not sure.
