...the Mayor of Hoboken, I'd respond to this with, 'She says that now, but let's see what she says when she's 'under oath' with Federal authorities when what she says can put her a$$ in jail when they prove she's lying'. How will they ever prove it? When Christie, finally, admits that he, indeed, withheld funds for any number of political reasons - all involving making money for himself and/or others - and told his 'hirelings' to 'pass the word'...then we'll see. And why would Christie ever admit that? When Federal prosecutors have something far worse on him and the price he has to pay for keeping his fat butt out of jail will be to throw still more of his folks under the bus...assuming there are enough busses left in New Jersey to go around...oh yeah, he's got 'friends' with The Port Authority, they've got to have a ton of em.
