"personality" and "psychological" tests that they claim are measuring whether or not you will be a "good fit for our company" but what they're really doing is measuring just how compliant, meek and submissive you are. As someone who's had some training in the social sciences and who had professors in college who helped "consult" in the development of their local retailers' "tests", I was fully aware of what bullshit they were the few times I took them and knew how to take them to "pass."

Too bad they don't give CEO's, upper management and Wall Street fuckers tests on morality, integrity and character.
