Employers CAN hire undocumented ("illegal&quot Immigrants for MUCH cheaper wages than documented workers and citizens. The undocumented workers must tolerate Human Rights abuses and unsafe working conditions because they can NOT complain or report these abuses to the authorities.
This Drives DOWN wages and benefits for documented workers and citizens.
