23. What a powerful and well written ruling Judge Allen presented!

All I can say is "Wow!" while reading her reasons for the decision.

For Allen, opening with that Loving quote was like the cherry on top! I remember very well when the Loving couple changed our nation, for the better, and reading her words now, hearing what she's saying all of these years later is simply beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing that article!
