There was no denying--even from Zimmerman that he pulled a gun. there is no denial he shot someone. Thus your simplistic view of Florida law is just that. It is not true that if one "pulls a gun, they get 10 years", nor that if one "shoots someone, they get life", given they may not even charge that crime. Overly simplistic and wrong. And, with SYG and similar laws, Florida has become nothing more than a gun-obsessed haven for narcissists and haters of all stripes. Thanks for playing.
