15. I was forced to sign up for it this week.

And I wonder what in the hell I've gotten myself into. I registered for a sports clinic in March and the website had a credit card option or a PayPal option. For whatever reason, the site would not take my credit card. My credit card is fine, I've been using it with no problem, so the cynic in me guesses that this is one way to make people sign up for PayPal. So I did, with the Bill Me Later option. I did so with a lot of reservations, but I wasn't going to let that stop me from going to this clinic.

So the jury is still out on it for me...but I can't say I'm thrilled about feeling forced to sign up for it. Once I pay for this, I'm opting out.
