It is vital for all of us to know who can or can't get it up anymore and why. So, before any prescription for Viagra or any other ED drug is given, a mandatory counseling session and rectal exam should be imperative-for prostate awareness.
And, although he might find the idea of a rectal exam repugnant and humiliating he would still have to sign a note of permission in order to be eligible for the services he sought. Then, of course, would come the mandatory counseling session, where a doctor, most probably a female, would explain the process to him in vivid detail, and even show him graphic pictures of a rectal exam. I guess he could object and try to refuse but he -did- sign that permission form. Of course, he is free to 'choose' to see a painful, intrusive, humiliating, unwanted and unnecessary rectal probe as rape, but really, we women know what's best for the men and for their bodies and, after all, it is for their own good.
