I stopped eating snack cakes during the demise, and now the filling is grainy, you can feel the powdered sugar with your tongue. And the cake part is cheaper and undercooked.

And the donut gems. WTF happened to the gems, man! When you eat them you can feel the grease build up on the roof of your mouth.

I may not look like it, but I am a snack cake person. I have lost 15 pounds since this ordeal began, and I can't get back on entemanns or I'll get really fat.

Franz's had pretty good chocolate cupcakes comparable to what the hostess ones were like before, and their bread is as good as home pride.
