it is common to have some meat on the griddle, with tortillas and beans and rice. (Usually whatever was left over)
Thai food might be what the doctor ordered as well. Not uncommon to have a good panang or green curry for breakfast.
I like eggs, but rarely. As to the rest of the American classical breakfast, well I like to have my main meal at breakfast.

I really enjoy a GOOD sausage biscuit. Fortunately my local donut shop makes one.
