(And no passive-aggressiveness here,) I might have read the post the wrong way. I still don't believe in the hugs there, and you know why.

No, she and you didn't serve together. I was the last one, once called temporarily in mid-term. We never modded together. Which brings me to a point I don't exactly understand. You said downthread that there's no rule about call-outs and flamebait. Yep, you're right. But this really doesn't mean we have to indulge in it. I do think we can do better, and sometimes, stepping back from the keyboard is better.

I had my share when META still was open, and I admitted that openly. I might point out when a host oversteps his given role or when a swarm alerts on topics they'd like to shut down, even if it's no SOP violation.

So we'll might meet again arguing, which I still think is a good thing and keeps stuff in perspective. It's just a random online forum we participate in, in the end. No bigger, no less.
