Chew a couple times and then swallow.

I'll start with the mild red pepper and then switch back and forth between the anchovies and the oysters.

The oysters are bland and the anchovies are salty, so they cancel each other out.

I started eating these as a part of the Perricone diet, and I actually developed a craving for them. Plus, eating fish early in the day makes you feel less hungry throughout the day.

I lost 25 pounds in about six months eating them, and I've kept the weight off for over two years.

There's a lot of sodium in the anchovies, so I wouldn't recommend them to everyone.
