In reply to the discussion: what's in the new $250 burger sold in ny [View all]Lunacee_2013

I'll stick to the local burger joint. It's downtown and they make great cheese burgers with fries and a coke for less than 3 bucks.
And speaking of ridiculously priced hamburgers, I went to a new place that opened just a few months ago that has organic fast food just to try it. It ended up costing me about $35 for 2 orders of what would be a #1 at Burger King (2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks). It wasn't really worth it. The food was good, but who has that kind of money now-a-days?

My point: if it's unacceptable to buy an expensive burger, what can you spend on wine?

I'd rather a char-grilled burger with onion, dill pickles, tomato, lettuce, mayo/mustard.
