22. We couldn't even get that far in our fight against RWE. They bought

Our city council. They pumped millions into advertising against local ownership of our water. They blocked access to our meetings and had employees walking around with video cameras, sticking them in the faces of anyone speaking with the person next to them. I was followed by some of their goons when I was passing out Lit about local ownership.

I hope there hasn't been such tactics there.
