I don't see what his gripe is. He knew the wages when he applied for the job. Now that it's proved to be inadequate for his needs, he must move on.

And I'd rather not listen to the whining. Just submit your resignation, Moran, and give your support to the better person who should replace you. No brainer (though even this simple task, he seems inadequate to the task).
