7. I blame the two parties and stupid voters

The parties will continue to manipulate voters until voters stop being stupid.

More direct money may make the party's job easier but with or without that money they will

* keep primary challenges to a minimum

* keep 3rd parties from getting anywhere

* convince general election voters that they are the lesser evil

The easiest thing for us is to skip the primary and show up to the general election and pick whatever letter we believe to be the lesser evil (R or D). We don't need to know issues or candidates. We don't need to pay any attention to what's going on in the world except for 1 day every 2 or 4 years. The parties know that and with or without money they will take advantage of it.
