(15,435 posts)and one who has had many "hair on fire" days with this administration, maybe some of our Representatives & Senators might be fed up enough now and might be more willing to fight.
I've skirted away from using the word HOPE when talking or posting for a very long time, but I do wish my statement will come true. The only way to know for sure is to VOTE and get others to VOTE for more Democrats. Do I wish we had more choices, YES! However, we are pretty much stuck with what we have and the alternative choice is far too scary and disastrous!
Given where I live any attempts to get a candidate other than Repuke elected isn't possible so I'll have to work to get rid of Rick Scott as my top priority. Also, the Florida Democratic Party has been pretty lame IMO, so I suppose it's up to "we the people" here to push forward!
At this point in time I don't think Rick Scott is quacking in his boots as he may be sensing that Democrats don't really want to vote for Crist. So even though I think some Democrats in D.C may be opening their eyes, I do feel Florida could be an opportunity missed. Crist was a more moderate Repuke Governor, but I hearing grumblings from Democrats here who may not vote! It happened when he ran against Rubio so I remain worried.
