there is always a high demand for a table for two and a single prevents them from seating the party until one more table opens. I was in the business for years and understand the need for maximizing each luncheon. The statement at the end was a 'funny'. I suppose there is no longer room for a sensayuma here.

I normally leave a standard tip - more here usually b/c I know so many of the staff. I did not stiff him...5 bucks on a 27 dollar total with tax is fine.
