Whatever happened to the self-styled so-called Moral Majority of the late 60s early 70s and beyond who were so Republican and so adamant about the rule of Law and Order?

The modern tea partyists and right wingers are not about Law and Order at all. They are about bullying and oppressing the weaker members of society and upholding / advancing the oligarchy by any means including force.
