10. Anchorage contains about 40% of alaskas population

So if Anchorage is very walkable, it could boost the states numbers. I also assume if people only walk half the year, it still counts. If I lived in Achorage, I would be willing to walk 1/2 a mile in the summer when its 70. When its 0 degrees in the winter, I would drive.
