Sprint or Apple or Verizon can say you gave them permission by contracting them. You think only Facebook does this? You don't need the app although most people have it. What about someone standing next to you with the app but you don't even own a cell phone. And NSA is doing it on their own too. I heard about this in 2007 but now they admit it always on and the mics are always hot. But keep making excuses.
